UBS appointed Marcus Overhaus as head of global equity structuring and co-head of securities structuring, Mondovisione reports. Based in London, he has joined as a managing director from Deutsche Bank. In his new position, Marcus will expand global structured equity and securities derivatives offerings. He will work under Yassine Bouhara, joint global head of equities, Francois Gouws, joint global head of equities and Roberto Hoornweg, global head of securities distribution.
