RJ O’Brien & Associates, an independent futures brokerage firm, is reorganizing its management structure to focus on global expansion and future growth. As per the new structure, the firm will cut the number of executives reporting directly to Chairman and CEO Gerald Corcoran.

Joseph Murphy, executive vice president and president of the Americas, as well as Jamal Oulhadj, executive vice president and chief risk officer, will report to Corcoran after the restructuring process is over. Certain executives, under the new structure, will assume increased responsibilities, including COO Karen Northup, who has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president.
