SL Green Realty and retail deal maestro Jeff Sutton have acquired a building in New York for $136.55 million, New York Post reports. The building was bought from the Riese Organization, which currently operates TGI Friday’s. The building was marketed by Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets. The marketing team was led by Jon Caplan, Richard Baxter, Ron Cohen and Scott Latham.
