T-Mobile USA is likely to acquire wireless spectrum from U.S. wireless Internet services provider, Clearwire, Bloomberg reports. The unit of Deutsche Telekom is the only potential bidder.

The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed by both the parties. The sale of the spectrum could happen by the end of the first quarter of 2011.
