Lazard Asset Management has set up a real estate investment team. Portfolio managers/analysts Jay Leupp and David Ronco are leading the team, which also includes Christopher Hartung as director and client portfolio manager and Kipp Kjeldgaard as senior vice president and client portfolio manager.
Leupp and Ronco will be responsible for handling U.S., international and global real estate investment strategies. Hartung will manage investment strategy and research, whereas Kjeldgaard will handle client service and business development. Based in Lazard’s San Francisco office, the global real estate securities team joins from Grubb & Ellis Alesco Global Advisors.
