Andy Hunt, a co-founder of Warby Parker Eyewear, has been appointed as a senior associate at Highland Capital Partners. He will focus on the internet and digital media sectors in Boston and New York. Hunt will be involved with Highland’s investments in Boston area companies, including Bullhorn, CampusLIVE, Gemvara, NameMedia and SessionM. Previously, he was in healthcare IT venture capital at SV Life Sciences and was an investment banker at Cain Brothers in New York.
