Brockton Contributory Retirement System is seeking an international fixed-income manager to run a $20 million mandate, Pensions & Investments reports. The applicants must provide a mutual or commingled fund vehicle to the $328 million Massachusetts system. The manager should also abide by restrictions from the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission concerning investments related to South Africa, Northern Ireland and tobacco. The portfolio’s current manager, Mondrian Investment Partners’ fund vehicle will not permit the firm to meet the related restrictions for Brockton.
