Julian Thomas has joined London-based fund manager Threadneedle as director of product development (PD), Financial Times reports. He replaces Damian Barry, who is now multi-manager fund manager at Threadneedle. Thomas was head of product development and management at Liverpool Victoria Asset Management (LVAM).
In all, 14 LVAM employees have moved to Threadneedle, part of an outsourcing deal finalized earlier this month. The migration has effectively shut down LVAM, whose funds have been rebranded as Threadneedle and are being managed by the firm’s managers.
