Indonesia’s Charoen Pokphand Group has secured a credit facility worth $250 million from 13 banks, Reuters reports. The loan can be withdrawn in two separate installments with a period ranging from three years to five years in rupiah and U.S dollar.
The Thailand-based agriculture business has selected Citibank as coordinator of the loan. Along with Citibank, Bank Mandiri, Bank Central Asia and DBS Bank are the mandated lead arrangers and book runners.
