The $25.5 billion Connecticut Retirement Plans & Trust Funds, Hartford, has named Gary Carter as interim deputy CIO of its pension management division, Pensions & Investments reports. He replaces Lee Palladino, who was appointed for the position in May after M Corbett resigned. Carter was previously a director of investments for the City of Hartford Pension Commission. The system is looking for a permanent replacement for the deputy CIO position.
