Beyond the Rack, North America’s online shopping club, has raised $36.6 million in a venture capital round. Silicon Valley–based Panorama Capital led the funding round. Export Development Canada, Tandem Expansion Fund, Rho Canada and Inovia Capital also participated in the fundraising process.
The round also included current investors Highland Capital Partners and BDC Venture Capital. The company will utilize the proceeds from the current round of funding to further boost growth and improve logistics and distribution to accommodate the rapid expansion of its active customer base.
