AXA Investment Managers has appointed Francisco Arcilla as global head of the €4 billion hedge funds-of-funds (HFoFs) group, Pensions & Investments reports. Based in the firm’s London office, he will work under Thibaud de Vitry, global head of AXA Investment Managers’ investment solutions business unit. Arcilla succeeds Christopher Manser, who exited the company in June. Most recently, Arcilla was co-head of investments at HFoFs manager EIM Group.
