Oddo Asset Management (Oddo AM) has hired Bank Of New York Mellon Corp. (BNY Mellon) to provide fund administration and custody services for its new hedge fund, Orsay Merger Arbitrage. Oddo AM started the merger arbitrage fund in June this year with €100 million seed money.
BNY Mellon is a global leader in investment management and investment services. Oddo AM, which started the merger arbitrage fund after buying Banque D’Orsay in October 2010, is the asset management arm of French financial services group Oddo & Cie.
