Banca di Bologna has selected the Italian unit of Europe’s second largest custodian Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) as its custodian. SGSS will provide the company with custody and settlement services.
SGSS will mainly provide custody and administration services for Italian and foreign securities and financial instruments. Banca di Bologna operates approximately 30 branches in Bologna district and is a member of the Italian banking services consortium Consorzio Servizi Bancari.
