London-based independent insurance and reinsurance broker Miller Insurance Services has hired Mark Hicks as head of client management in its corporate risks team. Hicks has 22 years of experience in client service, management and co-ordination and will be overseeing the brokerage’s service to its corporate clients.
Hicks will also be working alongside the corporate risks team to assist in Miller’s growth. Before joining Miller, he was with Marsh Inc., global insurance broker and risk adviser, for 16 years, and most recently was head of its London city office in its national division.
