Ireland’s Greenwich Kahala Aviation is raising $250 million in an initial public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADS), Reuters reports. The company has applied for listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
It has appointed FBR Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities for underwriting the IPO. The company, formed to acquire, lease and trade commercial aircraft, will use the proceeds of the offering to purchase and lease aircrafts.
