Adam Kerr has been appointed as head of transactions by U.K. institutional property fund manager Legal & General Property (LGP), Property Magazine International reports. Reporting directly to director of investment and development Gordon Aitchison, Kerr will assist in sourcing transactions which meet the firm’s various funds specifications.
In the beginning Kerr will concentrate on structuring long term income deals through sale and leasebacks and development. However, he will also assist with the roll out of new innovative fund products. Previously, he has held senior positions at Kilmartin Property Group, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and more recently, Stonehage Property Partners.
