BPCE Raises $1.1B Via Note Sale

France’s second-largest bank, BPCE, has raised $1.1 billion through a notes sale.

France’s second-largest bank, BPCE, has raised $1.1 billion through a notes sale, Reuters reports. The floating rate notes were sold in the 144a private placement market.

The notes are due to mature on Feb. 7, 2014. The bank appointed Barclays, JP Morgan, Natixis and RBS as the joint bookrunning managers for the deal.
