Trading technology firm Fidessa has published a white paper for reviewing the impact of multi-market equities trading in Australia. The paper reviews how all parties involved can best respond to future challenges by evaluating implications of the regulatory framework by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
It will compare these to similar developments in other key geographies, mainly Europe, the U.S. and Canada, to highlight characteristics of the Australian marketplace. The paper also contemplates the role to be played by smart order routing technology.
