Morningstar has rolled out an in-depth exchange-traded fund (ETF) research service, covering 135 of the biggest European ETFs, Financial Times reports. The research agency has added fundamental views on the macroeconomic fundamentals affecting performance on the ETFs, index construction, product construction, fees and possible alternatives. Products from groups, such as db x-trackers, ETF Securities, iShares, Lyxor and Source, have also been included. Morningstar will increase the number of ETFs analyzed to 200 in the future.
