Australian fund management firm BT Investment Management (BTIM) will acquire J O Hambro Capital Management for £209 million. The firm will also take on a £181.75 million entitlement offer. The firm will take over the London-based firm’s £7.1 billion business, along with a 9.9% stake in its private client operations, adds Financial Times.
