Serge Harry has joined the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to advise it on its bid to buy LCH.Clearnet, Financial News reports. He has been recruited on a consultancy basis to assist on LSE’s offer to acquire the U.K. clearinghouse.
Harry was executive vice-president and deputy head of strategy for NYSE Euronext between 2007 and 2009 and before that CFO at Euronext Paris. Most recently, he was chairman and CEO of BlueNext, an environmental trading exchange jointly owned by NYSE Euronext and French financial group Caisse des Dépôts.
