Braskem Finance has raised $750 million in a sale of notes, Reuters reports. The senior unsecured notes, which are guaranteed by Braskem, were sold in the 144a private placement market.
The Brazilian petrochemical company appointed Citi, Deutsche Bank and Banco Santander as the joint bookrunning managers for the transaction. The notes carry a coupon rate of 5.75% and are scheduled to mature on April 15, 2021.
