Banif Corretora has entered an agreement with U.S. business application platform provider, Progress Software. The Brazilian brokerage firm has chosen the Progress’ Apama Algorithmic Trading platform to set up and deliver high-frequency trading strategies to its corporate customers. The broker will migrate around 50% of its operations to the low latency model through the Progress Apama platform in the next three years. The platform will allow Banif Corretora analysts to design customized algorithmic trading strategies.
