Devon County Council Pension Fund is seeking to appoint a fund-of-fund (FoF) manager, IPE reports. The new manager will oversee the entire £133 million real estate portfolio of the £2.4 billion fund.
The new hire will also be responsible for doubling the size of the real estate portfolio mandate. JLT Benefit Solutions is the advisor to the fund in this process, adds Pensions & Investments. The scheme invests in over a dozen property trusts, including the Aviva Pooled Property fund.
