Hudson Realty Capital has completed the acquisition of a Colorado real estate portfolio through the FDIC Small Investor Program, GlobeSt reports. The real estate fund manager paid a total of $139 million for the acquisition. The buyer partnered with Soundview Real Estate Partners of Stamford and JCR Capital Investment for the acquisition. The portfolio includes 97 acquisition, development and construction loans in partnership with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
