Hedge-fund manager, R2 Investments, will name two directors to Citadel Broadcasting’s board of directors, Automated Trader reports citing Dow Jones Newswires. The fund manager is seeking to acquire board approval for a sale to Cumulus Media.

The two board nominees selected by R2 are Anthony Bolland and Eugene Davis. Bolland is a co-founder of BV Investment Partners, while Davis is CEO of Pirinate Consulting Group.
