FTSE Group, in partnership with investment adviser AlphaSimplex, has floated a new index series, Financial Times reports. The FTSE StableRisk Index Series will seek to capture long-term expected returns with less extreme shifts in short-term risk strategies.
The indices will offer exposure to four asset classes, equities, commodities, currencies and interest rates. Each asset class has a separate index calculated for it and another composite index, including all asset classes is being offered.
