OppenheimerFunds Hires Four VPs

U.S. mutual fund manager OppenheimerFunds has made four new appointments in Kim Mustin’s strategic accounts group.

U.S. mutual fund manager OppenheimerFunds has made four new appointments in Kim Mustin’s strategic accounts group, MutualFundWire reports. Gregg Beagle, most recently with investment management firm AllianceBernstein‘s sub-advisory services group, has joined third-party distribution team as vice president - senior strategic account manager and sub-advisory practice head.

Jason Widener has been appointed as vice president of institutional sales and will market the firm’s offerings to public and private defined benefit and contribution plans, and foundations in the Southeast. The firm has also added Michael Albert as Widener’s counterpart in the Midwest and Rich Keri as senior vice president in charge of the private banking channel worldwide. Most recently, Widener was with Denver Investments and Albert with RBC Global Asset Management.
