Butterfield Fulcrum and Luxembourg Investment Solutions (LIS) have signed an agreement to offer a complete set of management company and fund administration services in Luxembourg. The partnership provides non-European fund initiators a fast and cost effective solution to set up Luxembourg-based funds with a single point of contact for fund management and corporate secretarial needs. Butterfield will provide the setup and administration of the entire range of fund structures in Luxembourg, supporting the firm’s office systems. The partnership will enable the fund manager to quickly establish customized regulated fund structures with coordination between Luxembourg financial supervisory company CSSF and legal advisors, tax specialists, custodians and other Luxembourg-based entities.
