Ex-ING CEO To Launch London Club Funds

St Bride’s Strategic Advisers is seeking to raise capital for two parallel club funds aimed at London real estate investments, IPE reports. The firm set up by former ING Real Estate Investment Management CEO, Robert Houston, is planning to launch small funds of £30-70 million each.

The new offerings will focus on income-producing assets in the London office and industrial sectors, respectively. The club funds will have a lifetime of 10 years, including two-years of wind-up period.
