Guardian Capital Group expanded its senior management group with the appointment of three senior executives, Investment Week reports. The investment manager has hired George Mavroudis as president and CEO, James McCutcheon as Chairman of the board and Michael Christodoulou as a member of its board of directors. Mavroudis has been serving as senior executive of Guardian since 2005 and president since January 2009, and McCutcheon as lead director of the Guardian board of directors. Christodoulou, who joined Guardian in 1993, has been vice president of strategic planning and development at the firm since February 2009.
