Property investment and development company Segro plc is looking to sell IQ Farnborough, a business park in Hampshire, Property Week reports. The Berkshire, south England–based company could raise £100 million from the sale.
Segro has appointed real estate service provider CB Richard Ellis to market the business park. It had earlier cancelled plans to sell the park in 2008 to integrated commercial and industrial property group Goodman after its bid failed to reach the asking price of £160 million.
