New York-based TIAA-CREF may buy the office portion of Westlake Center, an office tower in Seattle, Washington, Business Journal reports. The acquisition could cost a total of around $124 million. The Westlake Center is 93% occupied and its key tenants include Bullivant Houser Bailey and Coffman Engineers. The property is owned by Chicago-based General Growth Properties.
