German real estate fund KanAm is seeking to sell a portfolio of four offices in London, Property Week reports. The transaction is expected to be valued at approximately £1 billion.
The properties include the London base of Deutsche Bank and a building occupied by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. London-based real-estate broker Knight Frank LLP has been appointed to sell the properties.
