Commercial property investment and development company Segro and U.K. developer and private equity fund manager Moorfield Group have formed a partnership to purchase the U.K. Logistics Fund, Property Week reports. The £300 million portfolio is owned by provider of risk, savings and investment management products in the U.K. Legal & General Group and French luxury company Hermes.
Alternative asset management and financial services company Blackstone and global property expert Goodman Group are also interested in the portfolio. Prudential Property Investment Managers (Prupim) and Morgan Stanley are also seeking to place their bids for the fund.
