Teachers Retirement System of Louisiana (TRSL), Baton Rouge, has allocated about $200 million to three funds, Pensions & Investments reports. The system has contributed up to $75 million to Blackstone Energy Partners. A similar equal amount has been invested in Kohlberg Investors VII. The $13.8 billion retirement system has also allocated up to $50 million to Oak Hill Advisors’ OHA European Strategic Credit Fund.
