General Re-New England Asset Management (GR-Neam) has appointed Harold Hawkins as a municipal bond asset class specialist. He will be in charge of the management, trading and surveillance of the firm’s municipal bond portfolio.
He will be reporting to asset class specialist Vincent DeLucia. Hawkins is joining from Hartford Investment Management Co., where he was a municipal bond trader and co-managed the municipal bond portfolio.
