Liontrust has incorporated seven continental European stocks in its income fund. The new stocks constitute 17% of the £325 million income fund, which is managed by James Inglis-Jones and Gary West. The managers have also shifted to an equal weight for all the stocks within the portfolio.
International companies have been added for analyzing European stocks through the Liontrust European Growth fund and the European Absolute Return fund. The move will also help hedge out risk of the income portfolio.
