Morgan Stanley will unveil two Ucits III structured funds for the discretionary market, Citywire reports. The proposed funds are the FTSE-100 Bonus Fund II and the EuroSTOXX-50 Accumulated Capital fund, which are offshore bond eligible and collateralized with G20 government bonds. Wealth managers holding the existing FTSE-100 Bonus Fund I will be allowed to switch into the new Bonus Fund II. Brooks MacDonald, Brewin Dolphin and Williams de Broë had demanded Morgan Stanley for products that can be placed into offshore bonds.
