Illinois State Universities Retirement System’s associate executive director, Judith Parker, is stepping down from her role, Pensions & Investments reports. Parker has been replaced by William Mabe. Previously, Parker served as the interim executive director between the exit of Dan Slack in December 2008 and the appointment of Mabe as executive director in June 2010. Mabe, who will assume her duties, intends not to succeed her in the near term so that he can work closely with the business units.
