Private equity firm, Cognetas, has put three of its German businesses up for sale, Reuters reports. The firm is selling aluminum auto parts maker, KSM Castings, pond equipment maker, Oase, and communications firm, Commarco.
Cognetas has appointed Jefferies to sell KSM, Macquarie to sell Oase and Rothschild to sell Commarco. The three businesses are Cognetas’ remaining investments in a fund it raised in 2001.
