Goldman Sachs has priced a $403.75 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO) for PineBridge Investments, Reuters reports. The firm initially planned to price $301.5 million CLOs to be managed by the global asset manager.
The CLO, known as Galaxy XI, has been divided in seven tranches and has a legal final maturity of 12 years. The length of time that the CLO can actively trade in and out of loans - is four years.
