Warsaw Names Bidders For SPEC Sale

The city of Warsaw has selected a consortium of potential bidders for the sale of municipal heating system, SPEC.

The city of Warsaw has selected a consortium of potential bidders for the sale of municipal heating system, SPEC, Bloomberg reports. The capital of Poland chose strategic and financial bidders from over 10 offers it received in March. The bidders can place the binding offers for the acquisition of the company until early June 2011. Nordic power group, Vattenfall, is planning to complete the sale of its assets, including heat and power plants that supply SPEC, by the end of June.
