Aldersgate Investment, David and Simon Reuben‘s property investment firm, has bought Piccadilly Estate for about £130 million, Financial Times reports. The former home of the “In and Out” club in London’s West End was previously owned by the family trusts of Simon Halabi.
The global real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle is advising on the transaction. The property comprises six freehold buildings, which have a planning consent for a six-star hotel and private members’ club.
