Shumway Capital Partners’ five portfolio managers will step down to launch their own funds, FINalternatives reports, citing Hedge Fund Alert. The managers are Neil Shah, Ashwin Vasan, Chris Lange, Jeff Nykun and Shumway Capital CIO, Tom Wilcox. Chris Shumway, founder of the firm, was considering appointing Wilcox as head of Shumway Capital. In January 2011, the founder decided to return all investor capital.
