HSBC Specialist Investments is planning to invest about $300-440 million in its German logistics, retail and office portfolio, GlobeSt reports. The infrastructure and real estate arm of HSBC recently acquired a logistics asset in Hamburg from an undisclosed owner. The Hamburg asset was acquired on behalf of the HSBC European Active Real Estate Fund. The $1.5 billion HSBC fund invests in value-add property projects in Europe. BNP Paribas Real Estate was appointed to advise HSBC on the transaction.
