UAE President Khalifa bin Zayed al-Nahyan has restructured the board of government-owned investment vehicle Mubadala, Reuters reports. As a part of the changes, Mahmoud Ibrahim al-Mahmoud and Abdul Hamid Mohammed Saeed have been added as board members. The duo will be taking over from Ahmed Ali al-Sayegh and Mohamed Saif al-Mazrouei. Zayed al-Nahyan continues to be Mubadala Chairman, while Mohammed al-Bowardi is deputy chairman.
