Guggenheim Securities has enhanced its public finance team with the appointment of four senor executives. The subsidiary of Guggenheim Partners has hired Ramiro Albarran, Jeff Hyman, Walter Kulakowski and Jay Murphy as managing directors of the team.

The public finance team, led by Albarran and Hyman, will provide primary municipal underwriting and complement Guggenheim’s existing capabilities in the secondary municipal market. All the four executives are joining from Stone & Youngberg.
