Land Securities is seeking to offload its Corby Town centre scheme for about £72 million.

Land Securities is seeking to offload its Corby Town centre scheme for about £72 million, Property Week reports. The U.K. commercial property company is selling the scheme to invest into other developments.

The firm has appointed Savills to market the scheme. The London-based company bought the retail scheme through its acquisition of Tops Estates. The property consists of shopping centre Willow Place, the Oasis Retail Park and the traditional town centre high street retail pitch.
